Step 1: Paste The Email Body In The Text Area.
Step 2: Choose A Format For The >>>> Contained In The Email.                      
Step 3: Submit The Form!

To copy and paste. Place your cursor over the text you want to copy,
press your left mouse button down and drag the mouse over what you
would like to copy.  The text will turn blue.  Now, find the ctrl
button on your keyboard and push that down at the same time
that you push the  c on your keyboard (push ctrl and c at the same time)

You have now successfully copied your text to your mouse.
Next, take your mouse and place it in the form above and now
hit ctrl and v at the same time.... Well done!
